When we perform a Retained Search, we establish an agreed-upon fee, payment schedule, and a time-frame for the project. Payment is not contingent on placement but rather is for the entire search process. Clients enter into Retained Search contracts because they have discovered that the recruiting and filling of executive and/or positions requiring specific technical, managerial or other high-level expertise are time-consuming, demanding processes.
